Well, they are sitting at home and I need to install them. Forget about Shine, they're busy for the next 4 weeks.
I've got the AW tech article and some stuff posted by AudiOx from yesterday.
I've done 5 other cars over the years, but never an Audi, and have some decent spring compressors and common sense.
Any links, advice, or warnings for me? Do I need any new lock nuts?
Thanks.

Derwin, that's a generous offer, and of course help is always welcome! My garage is nice and cool, but the Alfa Spider project is taking up too much room right now to fit in the Audi also. Hmmm...maybe it's time to get that garage in order This weekend I'm planning on being in CT, so no work.

I should not be that hard, you just need to take time in tweak them out, adjust them so they are even all the way around. Actually wait a couple week when they settle and adjust them again if need be. But the installation part should be straight forward.
Just the adjusting that takes time. Don't forget to get an AWD alignment after...

Thanks, that's just what I wanted to hear, and I know I'll be twaeking the height for a couple weeks. Any alignment shop recommendations? I'm in Attleboro, south of Boston.

I got mine done in Watertown, place called Tire experts, something like that. Ivan knows, maybe he will pipe in and tell us..
But they did a great job and were very reasonably priced... ;D
