Anyone gone to this? Looks good, with lots of track time. Doesn't say the list is full yet...

The guy who runs these events is based on the West Coast. He's only done one in this area - Watkins Glen last year. I went to the it, and I was very pleased with the way it was run. It was a lot of fun, and a lot of track time - more than anyone could really want.
Compared to a Q-club event, it's a little less structured - there wasn't as much classroom instruction as the local Q-club has (and I think they do a great job in the classroom, especially recently). However, there were several Q-club instructors there (myself included) and the other instructors seemed very good. You are paired with an instructor for your first run, but it is your option whether to take that instructor, a different one, or none at all on subsequent runs.
His events are a little more expensive than some others, but you get a hot buffet lunch each day and free drinks throughout the day - which is a significant savings over buying $2 sodas and a $8 hamburger.
If you want more info about his events in general, ask on the Audiworld "Motorsports" forum. Many of the "West Coasties" that run at his events hang out there.
If you haven't been to the Glen, it's MUCH better than the local tracks (NHIS and LimeRock) - I'd suggest making the trip.
I'll be there this year.

"Hopefully Juliette and I will see you at Lime Rock next weekend!"
And hopefully it doesn't rain! While that's good for all the quattro people, it's not so good for me. If it's raining, I won't run.

Thats just a matter of getting good new pedal covers. No f'in way Audi will ever build a car where you could even remotely accidentally hit the gas when you are on the brake -- not after the unintended acceleration fiasco ten years ago. But a $40 set of sparco brake pedal covers will easily fix that. Do those allow the brake and clutch pedals to be shifted left, are they larger or what? With the limited leg/knee room on the A4 the only way I can reach the brake pedal with my left foot is to swing my foot to the right and knee to the left, roll my foot over and press with the outside edge of it...not the greatest position for pressure and control, good for inducing foot cramps though. I figured if I could move the brake and clutch as little as an inch left, I could get on it with at least part of the bottom of my left foot. Trouble is moving the pedal left without moving the arm is going to put a lot of funny stress on the assembly.

Wait, I thought you were talking about heal and toe -- you're right, if you can't left foot brake as it is, new pedals won't help.

With the DBW cars, you can't left brake anyway as I understand it, since the engine computer cuts throttle as soon as you hit the brake, which negates the main advantages of left foot braking...

Back on the first page it was mentioned that it might be possible to defeat the throttle/brake interlock with an ECU setting. If I can fix that all I need is to be able to reach the damn brake pedal with my left foot...
