VAG tool needed after exhaust installation?

So, as some of you already know, I've decided to go with the Scorpion exhaust.  I am just waiting for Frank (AMS) to get me one, once it clears customs.

Once the exhaust gets installed, do I need to do anything with the VAG tool?
I have the tool, but not sure if there is anything that needs to be done, such as adaptation or clear erroneous codes post installation.

But nice to have.  Just to see if any error codes pop up, possible a sensor could get activated, or bumped.

But for the most part its not required.
