I just heard on the news today that Santa Monica is THE most expensive place to buy a house in the US, based on avg income of it's citizens. Ick.

I'm heading out to #3 on the list, San Fran, this Wed. Don't worry guys - I'm not moving there - I refuse to pay $250k for a studio
