Hey guys,
I just got an e-mail from Rey asking EVERYONE to abstain from any displays of driving prowess (or lack thereof) in his neighberhood. Please be respectful of his wishes, and leave all the burnouts for the tolls on the Pike ;D

I totally agree with Mike.
We should all be civilized and make sure the GTG goes as smooth as possible. After all, if we don't, then these sort of things end up not happening again. Let's keep it fun for all in the GTG as well as the others that are indirectly affected by it (neighboors).
So, in short, let's keep it safe, clean, and FUN!

The folks in my hood are totally cool about partying and noise and such. We had an incident a year ago where some idiot came tearing down the road and nearly wiped out one of my neighbors kids! Happened right in front of me and the parents Never tracked down the MF unfortunately. There's been a little 'sensitivity' about this ever since. -Rey

I know exactly what you mean. I had a wheel mini-gtg at my house which is in a residentail neighberhood, when an unnamed jackass *cough* Carmen *cough* comes tearing around a corner, wheels screaming, leaving rubber on the pavement. About a 100 yards up the street, is a little kid on a tricycle. When his dad sees Carmen, he comes BOLTING up and grabs the kid. Must have scared the living crap out of that poor guy, even though we were way away, at a safe distance. I guess he assumed we'd fly up the street or something. Still, not a pleasant sight to see a dad fearing for the life of his child.
