If good things are truly scheduled for those who patiently wait, we may be in for the mother lode. Cold air (like, in-the-teens-type cold air) and accumulating snow are forecasted (there's that ugly word again) to plop themselves down in the Killington region by the end of this week. Word on the street is that we can expect an extended visit from the recently elusive pair.

Ah, the weather prophets are, again, at it. Looks like we get back into the snowmaking boogie on Thursday evening and stay dancing for the foreseeable future. While temps in the cities continue to allow for tee-times and bike rides, we're in for a major switch in weather patterns here in fun central. It's going to allow us to expand terrain at an unthinkable rate. Our Mountain Operations team is poised for a breakout year after increasing our snowmaking capacity by 30% during a season we logged historically deep natural snows. Within the next few weeks notice the distance and the pace at which we lap the competition. Go here and set your expectations to exceed.
