Well here she is ;D Well what there is so far... Supposed to be closing at the end of the month, something tells me that aint happening....   soon there will be some Audi GtG in that garage right there! Can't wait |

How can you close on the property prior to being built?
I am getting a new apt. being done in Boston, and it's about 95% done, so now they want me to close. Prior to now, all I had to do was pay 10% downpayment, and another 20% when it was 50% completed.
Otherwise, it looks like a nice spot for ton of GTGs!
